Automatic Replies from Support

When you send us a support message, we no longer send an automatic reply to that message to acknowledge that we have received it.
This is primarily because of the amount of spam we receive. When we automatically replied to the spam, we were contributing to the spam problem.

You can verify that we have received your support request by logging in to the support site and checking on your ticket. An account is created automatically for you.
